1. What Payment methods do you accept?

    We accept the following payment methods, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Debit / Credit Cards and PayPal & Amazon pay.

    2. When will my KOCOSTAR order ship?

    Any new order typically ships within 24~48 hours of order processing. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped.

    3. Do I qualify for free shipping?

    All orders $50 and above will qualify for free shipping in the USA contiguous! Orders less than $50 pay one flat rate of $5.00 to ship your order.

    4. Do you ship internationally?

    We don't offer international shipping. 

    5. Can I make changes or cancel my order?

    As long as your order has NOT processed you can make changes or cancel your order. If it is past the processing period then you may not change or cancel your order.

    6. What is your return policy?

    We would love to offer you a return on any unused, un-opened packages. With the exclusion of some. Due to sanitary reasons, If the label is broken we will not accept your return and will not issue you a refund. If this all sounds good, then send us an email to info@kocostarusa.com with your order number and the name of the products you weren’t loving.

    Since, our shipping is free, we are unable to pay your return shipping amount.

    The Kocostar USA will only accept returns that were purchased on our website www.KocostarUSA.com. Products sold from Amazon or any other third-party stores are not accepted.

    7. Can I exchange a product?

     Unfortunately, we do not offer any type of exchanges for any of our products.

    8. Can I rush my order?

    We understand you can’t wait for your newest spied beauty products, that why we have rush shipping! Please check our Shipping information page.

    9. Are you cruelty free?

    We are 100% cruelty free.
