Refunds and Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any products purchase, or receive items as defective or damaged from KocostarUSA.com, please contact our customer service by emailing us (firstname.lastname@example.org) . We will be happy to make arrangements for you immediately.

Kocostar USA accepts returns of unopened items purchased at www.kocostarusa.com within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required in order to receive a refund or exchange. Return shipping is the responsibility of the shipper.
Refunds will be credited in the amount of the purchase price, plus tax, when the returned item is received by our warehouse and verified to be in its original condition. Shipping cannot be refunded.
Returns of purchases made at third party retailers( other than www.kocostarUSA.com) must be handled by the retailer at which the purchase was made.
